Welcome to the Good Life, in Harmony

Harmony is a wonderful combination of top-rated schools, an array of recreation, eco-friendly development standards and Norman Rockwell scenes. The community encompasses 11,000 acres of natural Florida (that’s the size of Kissimmee, and twice the size of St. Cloud), of which more than 7,700 acres will forever be lakes, conservation areas and green space. More than 900 families currently reside in our initial phase that includes traditional townhomes and single family homes, nestled amidst neighborhood parks, schools, lakes, a championship golf course and the Town Square.

The Lakes at Harmony, an active adult community, is the newest addition to Harmony. The community is located along Five Oaks Drive near the Town Square. Many of the homesites are located along the golf course, next to water features or conservation areas. A new Recreation Center exclusively for The Lakes at Harmony residents is ready and waiting for YOU to enjoy!

Harmony was planned as a classic small town and features a central Town Square where residents gather to shop, eat, swim and socialize. The many parks and lakes are easily accessible by walking, bicycling or rollerblading.
